TAU ONLINE Career Fair 2020
This year we are hosting an ONLINE career fair in a new, unique and virtual platform!
In the fair you'll be able to come up with your own interactive booth, decorated and branded to your will.
This is a first of its kind career fair in the Israeli market.
This year we are doing things differently. not a bit, but entirely different, and we would like you to join us!
With the outbreak of the corona crisis, the market was significantly affected. Along side with new risks, came up some new opportunities – mostly an opportunity to rethink processes and understand that there is a way to do things differently. After many years in which we held some of the biggest career fairs in the market, hosting more than 100 companies coming every year to meet our students and undergraduates on the campus, we also learned to adjust and change our ways.
We are welcoming you to join our online event in which you will have the opportunity to share our students and undergraduates with your up to date positions. The participants will be able to enter the platform only after identifying – so that you'll be able to know your candidates up close. by designing the booth you will get to share photos, videos and links to video chats if you'd like to have them in the fair.
TAU ONLINE CAREER FAIR will take place in 9.9.2020 between 09:00 am- 05:00pm
What will happen exactly?
A tour in the arena will take you to a virtual world which was built in 3D technology, costumed especially for an event like ours. The entrance hall will be the passage to the auditoriums and the exhibition halls.
In the exhibition hall you'll present your interactive, decorated and branded booth to your choice. The booth will include video art of the company, company's profile and positions chart. On this area you'll be able to receive and forward CVs and create personal conversations with candidates – one on one or multiple in front of 30 people. We will make sure that you won't miss any of the students or undergraduates who weren't able to participate in the fair, so the fair website will be on air with all your data for a hole another month.

Lecture at the auditorium
If you'd like to pass on your knowledge to great number of candidates you could use the auditorium spaces, in which all the students and undergraduates could join in. you'll be able to make an online lecture or prepared in advance recorded one, which will be published and promoted by us.
Gamification
this platform allows you to create an online user experience by number of activities during the entire fair. It comes In form of fun game with points collecting. The presenter can set the game's rules and way of playing. for example, put the company's logos in different spaces and let the participants collect them and gain points.
